Historical Quilts – Patriots, Protestors and   Petticoats: Women of the Civil War

Presentation by Kathy Kenny, Quilt historian and lecturer.  This favorite lecture focuses on four different Civil War women who made a difference – an abolitionist, a nurse, a seamstress, and a teacher. You’ll hear how each woman influenced and helped others during this difficult time. Learning about these women, combined with the 1800’s Quilts that will be shown during the program will bring the Civil War to life.

THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC.
